We recently had the team come out to carry out grout and sealing in 2 of our bathrooms. Our bathrooms feel brand new!  The team were prompt punctual polite and extremely clean. This is a gem of a company. Waterite is my property agent's nominated plumbing company and Logan and Ewan came to fix some issues with the hot water. Excellent communication on appointment time, super punctual and polite. They even took off their shoes before entering the unit which is a big plus for me. I would highly recommend Waterite Plumbing & Sealing the guys were very friendly  did a great job on replacing shower  screen and regrouping shower area and bathroom floor. They took away shower screen cleaned after themselves each time they were here.Communication between us was excellent they always kept me update on everything they did they even tx me when they were just about at my place.I will be using them again if I need any more work done. Root intrusion in sewage line (construction damaged pipe 😤) Great communication with quoting, clearly articulated the work to be undertaken. (Picked me up after I fainted at the quote $’s 😂) under cement excavation required. Worked extremely safely and maintained an impeccable worksite over three days of job. Re concrete work of high standard and all the team members were knowledgeable, articulate, customer centric and a pleasure to have onsite. Tim came to our home to diagnose and fix a newly installed (by another company) inwall cistern toilet that was leaking after   a full bathroom renovation. We were at our wits' end, but that soon changed. He was so switched on with his knowledge that he figured out where the leak was( behing the wall) and fixed it with minimal disruption. It had been an extremely stressful situation, and he solved the problem and lessened the stress.
